Hi, I’m Tess and welcome to my blog.
I started this blog when Benedict was just seven and a half months old. He has grown so much since then and we now have Rose and Clara too. I started this blog to keep track of my journey as a full-time wife and mother, and to try and understand more deeply the role of marriage and family within the life of the Church.
Where I’ve come from…
I am a thirty-something Catholic originally from Gloucestershire, but London has been my adult home. I came to London after a providential meeting with a nun I’d never met before. She introduced me to SPES – St Patrick’s Evangelisation School in Soho (a Catholic formation and evangelisation course), which is one of the best decisions I have ever made – a life changing 9 months, and I would definitely recommend it!
From there, I trained as a nurse, met my husband, got married and now we have our three little ones!
Looking forward to following your blog Tess! Benedict is so so cute and it’s lovely to read your posts and see the similarities in young family life…definitely in the same boat when it comes to going to mass too, a good day is definitely remembering what the readings and Gospel were all about! 🙂 All the best with the blogging adventure, it’s such a great way to remember those special memories with our little ones X
Thanks so much Bunty! I hope your moving day went well and your settling into Portsmouth – when we next go down to see Hannah we’ll definitely have to meet up with you, and introduce Benedict and Noah to each other! Xxx
Lovely to see this Tess! Congratulations and good luck. You’ll do wonder, just you see…
